DJ Requester Error Code [0004] [WINDOWS ONLY]

This one is a registry problem - its trying to write to the registry and cannot access the registry for whatever reason (could be due to windows be windows, or other related things like You're NOT on Windows.).

This Error WILL NOT appear on the Linux/Mobile Version of this application - due to the way things are handled on the back end we want to ensure Linux & Mac users aren't forgotten (i'll double check the MAC users)
